Customer: I have been replacing lights with CFL - they are much cheaper to operate!

Other's in our group can respond from the technical side better than I.  

From a business perspective, the extent this solution has been deployed will affect the savings an LED solution will deliver (for example, the ROI might go from 20 to 30 months). Additionally, the IRR will be reduced to a level that may not be attractive.  However, if the CFL solution has not been fully deployed, the LED solution may be much better because of the savings and because of the environmental problems businesses will encounter when properly disposing the CFL lamps.

I have seen this solution deployed mostly in the hospitality industry tho I'm sure we will encounter the objection in other industries.
